تأسس الموقع باللغتين العربية والانجليزية عام 2016 في مدينة رام الله وذلك بهدف خدمة المجتمع الفلسطيني وطلاب الجامعات (بيرزيت) لتسهيل عمليات البيع والشراء والتبديل والتبرع بالمواد الفائضة عن الحاجة من كتب وغيرها في العالم الافتراضي دون الحاجة الى وسطاء وبشكل مجاني دون أي نوع من العمولات
تم بناء هذا الموقع بشكل فريد ومميز وهو ذو تصميم جذاب وسهل للاستخدام من قبل الزوار حيث ان كل مستخدم سوف يحصل على حسابٍ خاص به لغايات إتمام عمليات البيع والشراء. كما اننا نوفر خدمات خاصة بكبار المستخدمين من شركات أو مؤسسات او شخصيات اعتبارية ليتم تصنيفها في قوائم خاصة وتقديم خدمات متميزة.
استغرق العمل على هذه الخدمة العديد من الأشهر وذلك بهدف تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة للزوار حيث قد تم اعتماد سياسات واضحة وصارمة فيما يخص أمن المعلومات الخاصة بالزوار والمستخدمين للموقع حيث يتم تشفير كمية كبيرة من البيانات من خلال الاعتماد على خوارزميات متطورة بهدف تحقيق هذه الغاية. ولكي نضمن حصول المستخدم والزائر على تجربة مميزة فإننا قررنا عدم وضع أي اعلان تجاري على الموقع.

iSell.ps Services was founded in the city of Ramallah in 2016, both in Arabic and English languages, with the aim to serve the Palestinian community and student (BZU) to facilitate communication among the community individuals in order to make processes of purchasing, selling and donating unneeded stuff such as College books in the virtual world easy, commission- free and with no need for intermediaries.
This website has been uniquely and distinctively built. Its design is attractive and easy to use by visitors. Each user is entitled to a private account for purchasing and selling purposes. The website also provides VIP services for companies, institutions and corporate bodies which are categorized in specific lists to be offered distinguished services.
Several months went in the effort to present this service, and the target has been to offer an outstanding experience to visitors. Very strict and defined policies were adopted to secure the websites visitors and users information. A large number of data was encoded through utilizing sophisticated algorithms for this particular purpose.
